Adam has extensive experience in Private Practice, having worked since graduation in Sydney, country Victoria and on the NSW Central Coast where he owned and operated his own physiotherapy and Pilates practice for 12 years.

As a physiotherapy ‘generalist’, Adam has developed a passion for understanding the multi-factorial nature of chronic pain, implementing treatments to those suffering and assisting them to a more fulfilling life.

Over his career Adam has volunteered his time as a physio for local sporting teams on the Central Coast and given manual handling advice for volunteers at Camp Breakaway, a respite camp for adults living with disability.

With Physiotherapy being a change of career, Adam also has a science degree in biochemistry and previously worked as an IVF scientist. He loves a good discussion about skepticism, the laws of logic and epistemology. Growing up in Terrigal on the Central Coast he is a life long surfer and water sports enthusiast and hopes to exploit the amazing waterways of the Nelson Bay region.

Fun fact- he went to University with Scott and Lisa!
