There is evidence to support physiotherapy management for rotator cuff tears, osteoarthritis and a variety of other orthopaedic conditions. There are many conditions that surgery is not indicated and should not be performed without first attempting conservative therapy via physiotherapy. In cases where surgery is necessary, physiotherapy ‘prehabilitation’ is evidenced based to produce a better post-surgery outcome and rehabilitation pathway.

Our physiotherapists have years of experience with orthopaedic conditions and there management. We can explain your presentation, determine the best course of action for you, educate you regarding surgical procedures and importantly prepare you to avoid or prepare for surgery so that you can live your life better.
