Taping

Taping can be used to restrict movement, protect from excessive movement to allow healing, facilitate muscle activation and proprioception or to reduce pain. Our therapists can utilize a variety of taping techniques including rigid sports, kinesio or k-tape (elastic), Mulligans, McConnell or functional fascial taping.
